ha.
doing all these interviews and determining offers and stuff is far more stressful than i thought it would be.
good news is that im set to get a hell of a raise, i was more underpaid than i thought.... :/
Well, that's good to hear. It's always nice to move someplace where you are appreciated, and paid as such.

+1
That seemed like it went pretty fast Levi.
Good luck. Do what's best for youive been sending resumes since December. Just finally broke down and started working with a head hunter after finding out 90% of companies looking for drafting jobs use headhunters. since pairing up with him in the last 2 weeks ive interviewed at 2 different companies, 3rd is today. have one offer on the table so far. alot of things to weigh as the one im awaiting to hear from an offer and the one today are both direct hire jobs, the one with an offer is a contract to hire type deal and leaving a full time job with benefits for a contract to hire makes me nervous.... alot to digest this weekend
Surely this has to be a typo. $458 for a strut bar and 2 have been sold?

Noice. I had to deal with being a contractor before, never again...
You made me check, my salary is under the average according to a couple of websites, but I'm quite happy with this company. Don't want to jeopardize that since most of my previous jobs really sucked.

IMO, the direct to hire is a total bunch of BS. I've had a few like that, supposed to be 6months, lasted a year... Finally I asked wtf was up and they said they couldn't hire me because of the budget.
Found out it was because I wasn't an engineer. Uh, ok, it was a designer position, not an engineer position. Left for a full time job the next week. Old boss later emailed me asking to come back. Ha! No way, didnt want to hire me then, not needing me now because you're in a bind asshat.
That's the boat I'm in, I like my job, love the people I work with and my Boss is great. Just would like my pay to be higher. Raises are coming in a couple months so who knows. You made me check, my salary is under the average according to a couple of websites, but I'm quite happy with this company. yeah im underpaid and unhappy... when the bosses wife continually is (for lack of better words) a rotten b**** to you and says things like "i dont even want the one levi i have let alone 5" in reference to her messing up the email and accidently creating 5 accounts under my name. it pretty much cemented my desire to start looking for a new job. even two of my coworkers were like i cant believe she just said that!!
I'm waiting for my review, seems my boss is running behind this year. Hoping to get promoted again, but not sure about that as I haven't had a lot of time to work on things that will allow me to get promoted.
Congrats on the new car, Nate! I assume you bought it from that shady salesman, Nick? Which one did you buy?
And I bought a Ford stock
But... "bought" is past tense meaning you already bought it? I are confused.
edit- you ******* ******. Haha. You can't say the term "stock" in a car forum and expect us to think you meant the shares. I thought you just bought a stock Ford. haha. Was I the only one who was confused?
