Some really good ideas, I'll have to agree to everything Nate/Pablo stated and what Jess said about windows to the service area. In addition, staff that do not treat the cars as if they are their own. Last week I stopped at the local Mazda dealer to see if they had and 2014 3's on the lot and while walking along the front there was CPO 2013 white MS3 sitting out front. There was a tech (I assume) standing behind it smoking and right before my eyes, he lifted a cup up, took a drink and then placed it on the roof using the spoiler as a stopper!? WTF
I generally look for Nick and bug him.
You do an excellent job of that.
Went to the grocery store at lunch and some kid in a slammed green EK Civic with stretched tires revved his 1.6 at me going the opposite direction. While I'm flattered that you saw my car and recognized it as a threat I wouldn't street race you, silly ricer.![]()
Thank you for the high praise, I'll do my best to keep it up.
when we went to test drive the MS3 at Montrose, the sales guy just handed us the keys and said "you probably know more about the car than I do. have fun"

That would be most appreciated.
