Okay guys, lets shoot for this Sunday for the photo shoot(s). Now, how about a good location with a good background?
Marc, if you can't make it I'll volunteer to drive your RX-7 to the shoot.
Sure you can drive it. why don't we look for some industrial area or a metro lark location of some sort.
We don't have to all take pics together. I just meant everyone post their submissions this month. #2, you can snap some pics at your leisure. I believe the last day to submit is September 16th (monday).

I was browsing YouTube and found a sweet video of a BMW 330ci following me at Mid-Ohio yesterday. He had a supercharger on it and said he was making 400wph. This was the 2nd session I believe so I was playing around with my line trying to get used to the insanse grip from the Hoosiers. It took a few laps to get enough heat in the rear tires before I could really push the car.

My Miata isn't eligible because it won in June, but I can enter my wife's 3.
He was actually parked right next to us. I didn't even know that he went off the track until #2 told me. He totally could've saved it if he hadn't of tried to drive it back on track immediately. Just ride it out with two wheels off and ease it back onto the track.

Thanks! I'll have to post up videos of my later sessions when I get a chance. I was running MUCH faster later in the day. Will rode along during 1 session (maybe even the session in that video) and gave me some really really helpful suggestions, especially with the kink. In the past, I've always been on the Pro course so I wasn't sure what the best line through there was. Thanks again Will for the pointers.
I did see the aftermath of the BMW since he was parked next to us in the paddock. He was pretty lucky and was still able to run. His hood was bent and his grill was broken. Also, his front tow hook was snapped right off and they found it stuck in the tire wall LOL. He said, "I wanted to get a new hood anyway!"
Probably easier to say it in the paddock in front of others than at home looking for a replacement

That video was really fun to watch, #2! I like how is info for the video is "Me trying to keep up mazdaspeed 3 on slicks. Should have realized I was over-driving the car when I missed the apex on turn 1.".
