Yeah, I'm pretty thrilled with the new plates, Corey. I think the old ones are hideous.

I noticed when looking on the oplate.com website one page said they would be available the 12th and another page said the 15th. Gotta love the BMV, even their website doesn't have it's s*** together...

I saw that too, I think the 12th is when you could begin ordering it online and the 15th was when it was available to be picked up in person. Just allowing people who ordered them online to get them by the 15th or shortly thereafter.

I guess they are better than those plates, but still suck IMO. I don't have the farm plates on any of my cars so it doesn't make me feel to bad.

My neighbors daughter has that done to her 04 Vue. Her dad's brother drilled holes in the bumper, hood and DS fender and then ziptied it together. A little frankenstein look. lol

Picked up the new Ohio plates today.

I like those....nice and clean. I still wish PA offered the DARE plate in black. Now you can get it but in the stupid white/blue/yellow colorway. I've been thinking about getting one of these though.

I hate every Ohio plate that I've seen since I have been here, 11/96.....there is no creativity. It is my understanding that the first lady of Ohio gets to choose the design of the plates......I say let the state sponsor a contest and let us design the plates...

thats why PA dropped the black DARE plates... popos kept complaining they were too hard to read

i missed getting one by like 3 weeks on the mz3 when i bought it :/

I wish Ohio had plain black license plates, that would be awesome! (Texas has them.)
