The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

and the transfer case on the cx7 apparently is leaking again, its going back to the dealer on Monday. It was fixed almost exactly a year ago.

Leaking or seeping? The transfer case for the Speed6 has the tendency to do the same thing.

its dripping, and hard to tell exactly where its coming from, so it might be seeping.

We're going to carpool tomorrow dropping off the CX7 at the dealer on the way out to work. I'll drop tammy off, go to work, leave early, and pick her up. if needed, we store my mom's car over the winter in our 3rd car garage, so Tammy can use that if her car isn't fixed on Tuesday. Its a POS 1990 Olds Cutlass Supreme convertible that drives like a contraceptive sponge, but hey, its wheels.

we're good, Kennedy slept through the whole thing.

what's up everybody?

Not much here, just taking a poop at work.

BIG thank you to Evan and Josh for helping me move into the new apartment yesterday. You guys are awesome.

Hey Chippy, was that you on route 18 right by I-71 yesterday? It had stock wheels on it.

Nope, I put the OZs back on last week. That way I can just drive it to the tire shop and have them mount my new tires and get an alignment all at once--without hauling tires, wheels, etc...

Yesterday I did go through Rt18 and I-71 around 6:00pm, but it was in the CX-7.

I'd love to put my summer tires back on! April 1st can't get here quick enough!!!

Funny... we'll drive people away based on how they type and their grammar, but everyone gets butt hurt when someone gives an opinion different than the ones they hope to hear. I love the internet.

Turns out I didn't look hard enough. the fluid was leaking from a hose to the turbo on top of the transfer case, so it wasn't actually the transfer case (doh). for $100, i told the dealer to just go ahead and fix it. not worth me monkeying with it at home.

yeah there are def. times id rather just pay to have it done than taking up my time to do it... haha

Any Protege guys want to buy my DG carbon fiber hood? $220. :)
Does it need re-clear coated? PM me I'm interested. The cancer on my hood is speading all over and this might be a better option than buying another from a junk yard or OEM.
