much to pumpkin's dismay, its a 1987 BMW 325i convertible. Black (use to be silver), needs some work but it runs. Very high mileage but still pulls hard, I can do the work myself to keep it running, and for $300 I think it's a steal.

yeah, my friend doesn't work on cars like we do so he doesn't want to pay to have all these little things fixed. He said that the junk yard would give him $300, so I said I'd give him that. Drove it on Sunday and it feels fine, properly modded it would be a great TT car

You're better off with a regular coupe for that. The convertibles flex a lot, and are a lot heavier.

I mean, Wes and I have talked about it a bit this morning at work. I think he shouldn't just scrap the ZE/626 project, use the Yoga as his winter truck and but Chris's MSM since its probably in great condition, very tastefully modded and well taken care of. As much as I love ZE's this is obviously the better choice. But its not my decision or money.

Peaches on the other hand. I ain't touching that heap of scrap metal. Lulz.

it was not an Ohio car originally, he's only had it for 5 years, it does have some rust but it's mostly on the body. There will be contact in TT so I wouldn't feel bad putting it through that. I'd be fine just keeping it as a beater
