nah, more or a black/dark blue kind a guy. I have my eyes on a custom black/golden miata, it's really clean but I'm not big on the custom interior, hoping I might be able to get it. I'll post a few pics soon

It's just not the right time for it. I later want to build a turbo 1.8, and go pretty crazy. I'm not really interested in the SM thing anymore. I don't care about competing, so when I track it, it will just be for me. I've got a truck now, and hauling things around and going off road sounds like more fun, honestly. My interests are never in one place for very long. Which gets expensive..
I like the pics of your Miata on track because they aren't so "classic red" it's more of a darker, bluer red, and I really dig it, even though that's probably not how it is in person.
That sounds pretty cool. It actually makes me think of the Speedsource RX8.
Thanks. I wonder if the blue Armco has something to do with how the color of the car came out in the pictures.

$8,500... which includes another set of wheels (BBS) with tires, maintenance kit (water pump, timing belt, tensioner, etc), a few gaskets, a used jackson racing supercharger (not installed) and a few other things. As you can see, it also has a color matched hard top, seats are Cobra and also a custom audio setup with 2 amps (but doesn't have any subs so it's kinda weird), 105k miles, '92 model
Awesome pics and video, Will. I'm not typically a Miata fan (I just don't feel comfortable in them.) but I respect them and I really like how yours looks. Super clean and I love the hardtop.

I know, I know, I change my mind every time I beat the crap out of it. Lately I've been telling myself that as much fun as the 3 is, a miata (or an 8...) would be even better, but it feels great having a 3 pass a porsche... LOL
Also, Ted is selling his 8, again, and I have first dibs on it

That is an interesting Miata that's for sure. The exterior looks nice. I like that splitter too.
The interior is crazy though. Those seats, floor mats, and gauges are all "interesting" at best.
Plus, what the hell did they do to the side view mirrors? That is not where they are supposed to be.

I like the mirrors, and the interior needs to be black (the seats are nice). oh and the gauges need to go, otherwise it's in great shape
I didn't want Will to think I was calling his Miata fugly, or calling him "Pumpkin" so I called Pablo by his given name. Haha. Why don't you just buy a stock Miata and mod it the way you want it? I thought that was a general rule of thumb we had not to buy a pre-modded car? Unless you're Josh, of course...

I'm still looking around, won't commit to anything till I actually have the money for it but having a nice 3 is still in the back on my mind for some reason. If only I could afford to have 4 cars... anyone know of a bank I can rob? selling my body would be a last resort

That black one looks sweet from the front, and then you see the 4x4 stance with some sunken wheels and I was like ... I actually do like the seats a lot, and the gauges, but not the color for the faces, wtf. The engine bay looks spotless, which is awesome. I used to want a supercharger, but then I realized it would be fun for all of about 2 days, and then I'd want to turn up the boost.
