The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

I picked my sister up today and she's like "omg, your car is so low! It feels like I'm sitting on the ground!"

I think it was intended as an insult, but I smiled.

I can has slammed number nao?

"cool guy" with a slammed car according to his sister #1

there you go

^^^ LOLOLOL!

My mom was in town last week and we took my car to dinner and she said the same thing about my car. Can I haz number too, Nate?

Bassist with a slammed car because his mommy said so #2

god i wish i still had my zx2 that b**** was low. it had S/R struts and ground control springs. it sat so low it broke my front sway bar.

Woah. I did not know that. I guess it has been a while since I've been on this forum thingy.

You likeing it over there? They have'nt tried to kill you yet have they?

Yeah man. I'm liking it pretty well. Lots to do here in Beijing. And no...they haven't tried to kill me becuase I blend in with the rest of them.

going under the car tomorrow, i think i broke my sway bar bracket and that is the cause of my problems. This would be the second time if that's the case.

Dude, just take some advice from the slammed guys and slam yo s*** to the ground. At that point you're so low you might as well disconnect your rsb cus you're so low you don't get no body roll.

Duh.

I did that 3x on the P5. Lube the bushings as much as you can, and do it often.

that's why i'm going with the smaller, i tried an energy suspension one but the bracket was to big. i think these will work

Levi got some ones that were meaty as hell, and had a bit of trouble getting the bushing inside the metal bracket. I think he ended up trimming it with a dremel at the bbq.

Thats because he was using Speed6 brackets with some other bushings, IIRC.

I've only broken my rear bracket once. Never had any problems with the fronts. Hell, I don't even really grease those too often...

What endlinks are you using? Oem? Maybe try some adjustable endlinks to get the bar more parallel?
