The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

With the majority of my family being from PA, I was raised a Steelers fan. Of course, living in Ohio, I wish to see the Browns do well, I really do... but in the Browns / Steelers matchups, I gotta go black and gold.

It was Browns dominating for the first few decades... now the power has shifted and it is all Steelers. Cannot dispute the facts so just keep rooting for my team regardless.

Actually I have to say, as a Steeler fan, the Browns are not their rivals anymore. It's not because they are lousy, but the original Browns are now the Ravens. They are the Steelers' new rival. And I ******* hate the Ravens.

Everyone hates the Ravens.. Especially the family and friends of the two murdered men that Ray Lewis helped their killers flee the scene and get away with no inquiries.

You both have points. A true fan sticks by their team thru good and bad and don't just jump on a bandwagon. **** the Ravens.

I'm still loyal to my Browns, no matter what trash people wanna throw my way. (fight)
yes this ^

i've grown up being a browns fan and that will never change

ruby tuesdays bar on campus has really fun watching parties...people throw chairs and stuff and yell at the tv....i feel like i'm in the dog pound :)

Haha nice. We have equal number of Browns and Steelers fans at work here in my department. Things get interesting in discussions...especially outside of work with a few beers in them.

I have always dreamed of having game days at my place.. do a bbq, snack buffet, my inflatable 4' Browns guy waving at us. Do it up like you see in commercials. (headbang)

If you have one when they play the Steelers, I'd come over.

I try every week honestly.. only problem is I only have one friend who even likes sports. He said he is gonna try and hang out for games this seasons since his schedule allows for it. With more people I meet I am hoping to find more who are up for the games.

Well since the stadium is sold out regularly there are no tv blackouts. You can walk up to Bengals stadium and get tickets on game day so you might wanna worry about a black out coming. (wedge)

$20 it is.. should have grabbed it when you were here.

True. Actually, you should have just given it to me since I gave you a lift home. :D

I actually had no idea you were selling it until just a little bit ago. I breezed right by it I guess.
