I'm happy it's a new year. The end of the year is the busiest time for us I had 60 hours last week on a short week. I'm looking forward to being back into the regular routine with a normal work load and people not screaming to have things done by the end of the year.

We are fortunate (to an extent) here. WE will have a little bit of cramming before the end of the year, but for the most part we will push schedule commitments out until after the new year stating that "Many people are out of office due to left over vacation time. These documents will benefit from being pushed until the 2nd or 3rd week of January." It's nice, but when every project does the same thing, it gets to be a bigger headache than its worth.

Yeah a lot of times our salespeople don't have the foresight to put those types of things in the contract because they just want to make the deal and with people trying to use their budgets by the end of the year they do what they have to. It's probably worse for me because I use all my vacation in the summer and never take time off in the winter so I get stuck with any last minute changes or anything that need to happen.

I might be getting a small sponsorship through Mishimoto. Yeah for stickers and maybe free parts. I've sent 2 e-mails to them and their rep has contacted me and said he would reply after I sent him some more information about my car, my SCCA events, and how I interect in the local and Mazda community. Keeping fingers crossed for a FMIC
