The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

They must want to get away from the SRT-4 dipshit owners that have recently started getting the cars.

until word from Mazda comes saying otherwise out the MS3 is dead, and any articles i will take as pure speculation and im def not gonna believe some website ive never heard of before that link LOL
I'm with you, I'd want a more reliable, reputable source. I thought it could make for interesting disscusion

That would be such a huge step back for them.
I would think so too. Around 200hp in a N/A 2.0L mz2 would make more sense

Patrick check out the pictures from Sunday:

That's a pretty sweet pic, Patrick. I want to see the blazing yellow wheels on your car.

The rattling was fixed by fashioning a shim for the spring on the test pipe and tightening it down. The clunk was from a design flaw in the cat back where it hit the underside of the body behind the muffler. Fixed by disconnecting the hanger before the muffler and wrapping the portion of the exhaust that was hitting the body with the wrap he used on his intercooler piping.

Thanks Will for the link and thanks guys for the compliments on the wheels. I am happy how they turned out, and I forgot that they had a photographer there.

I don't think I've been to an OVR event where they didn't have a photographer. :) Just a bonus of running with them.

Despite the fact that you plasti-dipped your wheels the color is awesome especially with black. :)

Working outside today whooped my ass.

Heat right?

I got pretty gross and sweaty sanding a bracket in my garage today. Sanding the bracket involves me standing in one spot with a grinder... must have been pretty hot out, or maybe it was just some really intense grinding action?

Yesterday i was in a junkyard p5 for quite a while while i worked on getting it's steering wheel (and the bracket)... that sucked (didn't buy the wheel either...). Fortunately the p5 had some dented up doors that wanted to stay open so i could get some air flow in there. I thought it was pleasant outside when i was done with that. I also forgot my nice socket extension, 10mm socket (the holy grail of sockets), and wrench somehow...

Too hot to do anything during the day, so we have to go hiking and stuff at night now. Reminds me of when i used to be a night freak and work night shift.

also... has anyone ever seen someone put projectors in the protege sedan fog lights? something i've been thinking about doing since i've got a spare set that aren't good for anything anymore

I would go back and get my wrench.
