The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

The worst is when youre trying to merge onto the freeway and the car in front of you is going well under the speed limit. Its a hazard all around. Watching them trying to merge into traffic going 20mph faster than them and keeping alert enough to merge in and get around them.thank goodness for torque

That's how I got in an accident with my P5. The person in front of me slammed on the brakes to a complete stop right in front of me at the end of the highway ramp when I was already going highway speed. Of course it was at that moment that I glanced over to see if it was safe to merge in with traffic.

Why risk the ticket and waste gas? Doing 15 over only gains you a 1/4 mile a minute. Not worth it unless you're driving 100's of miles. Set the cruise at 5 over and sit in the middle/right middle lane and that's assuming all highway. Speeding around town is pointless as you just get to the next trafic light faster.

ummmm because I live 1/4 miles at a time!! HELLOOOO! :D
And I didn't buy this car OR the bike to save gas - I bought it because it's fuggin fun. I will never put SLOW in my plate either because it's not and I want eeeeerrrbody to know it. (mj)

edit: something is going on with the static content on this server. Whomever is the admin - you need to look into it. My mj didn't show up and now I sound rude... not that I really care... but I'm not mean... and stuff. :)

Ouch, id be so mad Anthony.

Evan, i remember that civic. I got a good laugh when we passed.
The best car that weekend was paul walkers eclipse. That thing was hilarious

I'm staying out of this "no tickets in the last decade convo" as I'm not sure but I may have as many as all of you combined (maybe not fez).

Edit: i hate going straight/highways. I wish I had a better way to work.

Menchies tonight. There will be a couple new cats there tonight too. That is all. :)

So another stupid MC question. Is it pretty much a given that bottoming out the piston will screw up the seals? I didn't realize this little fact and regularly pushed the pistons the full stroke. It appears to hold pressure but now I'm paranoid.

Wonder if there'll be any shenanigans like last week!?

Edit to avoid double post:
Dat flex done ruined a clutch...(some people will get this) ;)

Well, that could be your problem

11k miles on a Speed3 and needs a new clutch. Driver mod needed desperately. Dat flex!

Driver mod definitely needed. Theres no reason those clutches cant last 100k+ unless you launch every day or are riding/slipping the s*** out of it regularly

I learned on and probably ride my clutch more than most but I've got 72k and going out of the stock clutch for the MSP. That driver sucks
