The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

I've decided, according to that article, I am willing to go up to $5,000 for a new GM truck when they liquidate, and not a penny more.

Here's an idea, STOP MAKING THEM!

But then all those hard working union larborers won't have any work.

GM, you can't fix stupid.

reading nates comment made me think of this.... LOL

no tan here, too cloudy (as always) in Columbus. I've been looking at cars most of the day though, I take a leave for about 2 weeks and there's no work to come back to. I thought it would be the complete opposite.

I wonder how cheap I could get a small regular cab V8 Sierra if I waited till the last possible minute? lol. I love them for some reason. I wish there was a 1/2 scale version, but I think the normal-size wheels would look kinda funny (lol2)

Woah 13k since August that's a lot of driving (roughly 40k miles a year if my math is correct)!

I got my car in Sept. '08 and have 101k at the moment.
I tried not to put a lot of miles on the smart car and I've put 13k since June. I put a solid 40k on the Mazda 2 from May 2011 to June 2012 :O

Where are you guys driving?! I've put 9500 miles on the 2 between 9/11 and 12/12. Up until earlier this year my wife was driving 90 miles a day and even then we've only put 43k on the Jetta from 8/10 to 12/12.

4.2 miles to work, 4.2 miles home. That's most of my driving.

Amber's Escape does all the family driving but in just over a year and a month it has 13k miles

I cover an 80 mile radius from city center of Cleveland for work. As far West as sandusky, east as mentor and youngstown, and south as Alliance and Wooster. I'm somewhere different every day.

Damn clouds....but it is beautiful out. Def. enjoying it and should have waited to put the Christmas lights out.

I'm wondering the same. I've put 103,000 miles on my P5 in 7yrs and the wife's 3 just rolled over 28,000 miles and will be 3yrs old in Feb. and that includes three trips to Myrtle Beach.

It will be about 7 miles each way when I move this summer
