The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

if i were making a list and ranking them, id rate the bonds like this

1. Sean Connery
2. Roger Moore
3. Daniel Craig (could potentially make a move to 2 depending how the next couple films are, but as of his overall work to this point, hes solidly in 3rd)
4. Pierce Brosnan/Timothy Dalton (can be plugged in either spot neither were THAT great)
5. Brosnan/Dalton
6. Lazenby

Waiting on the tow truck. May have just had a zoom-zoom-engine shut down so it doesn't go completely boom. :(
Oil light came on right before I parked my car, went to leave and turned the corner out of the parking lot and and shut off. Won't restart. Checked the dip stick and it's not reading any oil.

My laptop decided last night it doesn't want to work either. Both those issues seem minor to the family stuff I'm dealing with but when it rains it pours.

Hope everyone else is having a better day

I've seen all of the movies too and I agree with this list. I'm going to see the new movie tonight.

its great, alot of subtle little hints/tributes to some of the old/original movies... youll get a couple laughs, smiles from them

Daniel Craig just seems to lack the sophistication James Bond needs. He's more like a thug. I like him and the new movies, but I agree with the list above as well. Mr. Craig just needs to be a little more polished to be a true Bond man.

OMG Roger moore was one of the worst IMO. New movie was alright, little slow in spots but added plot so it was okay.

that's the thing, I don't think its the actor, its just how the character is presented to him. Right now he's still in his early stages as Bond (regarding the flow of the movies) so he hasn't had time to mature and become more sophisticated (within the story lines).

damn dude, kinda sounds like what Corey went through... I'm busy as hell this entire month, not a lot of time to rest, really need an upper back massage

But you are forgetting, CR and QS were the beginning of James Bond and the backstory to him as he is known in the other movies. Also, in this latest movie, Daniel Craig as James Bond makes the transition to his well known womanizer and cynical personality as he fine tunes his skills and solidifies his place as a permenant double o agent.

Hey, little on topic for cars i guess, does anybody have any experience with team dynamics wheels?

ps- Just remembered Nates post. That suuuuucks, man. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Keep us posted.

I thought you were buying ballin Rays?

might still, worried about poking like a ricer though. I found a couple other wheel brands that offer 36 offset wheels so I may go with them. If I can get a response from the one company I'll be going with these recent ones I found.

The team dynamics wheels are fairly cheap for there weight. They build a pretty strong wheel, many ralley teams run them as well.

So, I talked to the new Mazda dealer in town and they're gonna cut me a good deal. Looks like it's gonna be a 2012 Mazda 3 i, skyactive and a 6 speed manual. The de-mod starts tomorrow...I just had to tell myself it's time. Even though it's not exactly what I want and at the right time, I need to pull the trigger...

Which new one?

I have a set of 17x8 48 offset. Need the hub bored out but they look awesome. About 18-19 lbs per wheel

Well I looked underneath when it was raised up by the tow truck and the drain plug was just gone. I did hit something but it was misty from the car in front of me and a bit of ways from my destination. Not sure if that could have caused it. Hoping there's no internal damage. Rocking my mom's Monte Carlo for now.
