it was a pretty mellow party - by usual standards - so no crazy pictures were needed or taken ... but a fun time spent with good friends. it's the first time in years i've stayed up past midnight "to see the ball drop" ... thanks for having us.

I didn't want to scare off Becca by our normal party activities. Hahaha. Of course, Fez wasn't there, so that makes a difference too.

She was extremely nervous to meet everyone. She doesn't think any of my family or friends will like her. Silly girl.

yeah, silly girl!! why would we not? we are all very down to earth, laid back and friendly - as long as she's not snooty and doesn't keep you away from hanging with us, then all should be fine. i look forward to getting to know her better ... and i'm sure we'll have plenty of occasions for that to happen.

Well, she really wanted to come to Daytona, but someone she works with is taking that weekend off for his wedding, so she doesn't think she'll get off. She has the dates for VIR, Lime Rock, The Mitty, and Mid-Ohio requested though. I had mentioned the races to her, just to see if she'd be interested and she got excited. Can't complain about that.

She's really laid back and down to earth too.
