The Ohio Auto-X and Track Event chat thread

The MSM gearing is bad for autocross from what I've heard.

That 6 speed coupled with the 4.11 (or something like that) rear gear is just insanely short. The 5 speed helps a little, but not much.

I hardly ever hit the rev limiter unless I'm at the airport. I don't run 16's either though.

You'll do it even faster with a rotary. So smooth going up there that you won't even notice.

^ Practicing up for Toledo this coming weekend?

maybe. idk if I want to risk breaking anything that far away though. I may just come hang out and try to get some ride alongs

I am going this weekend if my slave cylinder and new line get delivered in time.

I'll bump this for the Toledo auto-x and we can keep the other Auto-x scheduling thread a little more on topic.

Patrick mentioned a convoy to Toledo Sunday morning. I'm down with that if you guys want to. As for the logistics of where to meet and when I think the first rest area on 80 is a good spot. Marc, which location was that again?

Let's get it sorted out in the other thread, Patrick.

Just kidding. I'll ask Phen or Marlon to lock up the other Ohio auto-x thread since two of them are rather redundant. My bad, guys!

Quoted from the other thread for the extra info about the meeting spot.
