Great lookin car man!! What kinda numbers are you putting out?

Hoping for around 350WHP at 20psi on the T3. A bigger turbo is in the future, don't worry.

Looking good :D Your break-in almost done yet?

Ya, 1,200 Kms to date, so I rip on it now. Bear in mind though it's still only on 7psi. Once the Haltech goes in (Start tuesday, but probably gonna take a week) then I'll go up to 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, etc on the dyno as I'm tuning it.

You're a brave man. 10,000 km break-in for my engine, 0 psi for the first 2000 km, then 5 psi until 5000 km and 7.5 for the remainder, all on dino oil. Switch over to synthetic after that and then the boost will be increased.

I'm running Shell ROtella 15W 40 Diesel oil till 5,000Km's. 10,000 KM is WAY too long of a break in man. I consulted about 4 engine builders (2 of whom build 600HP CASCAR V8's at the rate of about one a week) and they said baby it for 500Km, change the oil, then start ramping it up in RPM (stil lstaying out of boost) but bring it right up to redline slowly then go down a big hill and let the engine slow the car right down (the more vacuum the better during break in) and then after 750-900Km's you should be on it pretty hard. If you're too gentle you'll glaze the rings, etc. Basically, how I understand it is that cylinder pressure gets in "behind" the first ring and pushes it out against the cylinder wall. You want this to happen as much as possible near the end of the break in, otherwise the first time you hit big boost you'll end up ******* the engine for good. They rebuild engines after about 2-3 races, and one they tore down after a test session (the engine was babied cause they were testing the suspension setup only) and then it was torn down and he couldn't believe how bad the engine looked inside because the temps were kept too low and the thing was never wrung out.

If you've babied it that long, I'd hate to think that you've ****** the engine, but it may be so...

aw s*** this dude crazy! :) Love the ride man
