actually it completely charred the outside instantly leaving the inside completely raw. 60 seconds would have left the burger completely inedible.

The grill is long gone, that day someone let a cheese wrapper fly into the blower destroying it. The new one will probably have a propane fed turbocharger setup as a turbine to add heat and air, the basic grill portion will be charcoal of course and it will be made out of a horizontal 55 gallon drum.
And the new one will function better as a normal grill as well.
