The Front End Clunk!??

03' All stock, driven by my gf with about 91k miles on it. I've changed out the rear bushings a couple of times, redid an 02 sensor and I'd like to get that front end clunk fixed for her.

It happens when turning into a parking lot from a road. It only happens when there is a good slope difference from the road to parking lot and at a decent pace(5mph), if I go very slow it won't make the sound. I've noticed latley if you take a sweeping turn to fast it sounds like the tires are grazing/hitting the top inner mud guards.

I had this before in my Toyo Solara, clunking when going over bumps at a decent(5mph) pace and it was the shocks, they were toast.

Since I can hear the tires grazzing the inner fender I assume the shocks are the culprit. How would I go about checking the shocks and whats next to check?
