Look at the positives of the article...they're there, it was just written to look negative. The positives are that the lease was renewed for another year.
We're still working on the grading plan, and have to go before the HCDA and some neighborhood boards first before we can even START building or moving dirt, so it's not a problem. We got an extension on that permit deal, and it's being worked on...we've got 30 days to rectify the problem, and we're going to get it fixed.
It's that easy...don't read it the way they want you to hear it, just read it for the truth.
