Go with #2. As you can see on Nate's sig they have a nice smooth look to them. I had the old school APC euros on mine and they looked horrible. (They were free from a guy getting rid of his Protege.) The carbon fiber or black chrome only work on the Black and the Titanium. Now I have the all red (#2) and they look great. Far better than stock IMO. It's a much smoother look. As for quality, neither of the APC's I have owned or any of my friends have let water leak in or steamed up.

don't get the APC tails. You will get condensation inside the assembly the first time they get hit directly with water. Everyone i know has had this problem.

Mine don't get condensation in them when they get wet. On the cold mornings, when the windows and body are fogged up they get cloudy, but so?

Yep go with #2. I have them and they look great. I love the way they light up. I have yet to have any condensation problems.

#3 looks good at night all you see is 3 red circles and u cant even tell its a mazda

just a comment, you mentioned that #3 would match if you got a cf hood. it definitely wouldn't, that looks nothing like real cf, it looks like little gray circles on a dark background, just like the thing they decided to put on our dash which looks terrible.
and if you really want to be unique, make your car fast, that'll set you apart from all of the people who are unique by having custom tails, giant body wings, cow catchers on the front of their car they call body kits, etc...

The way they light up is my favorite part about the lights. They have a sunburst pattern to them.

Those are great looking(2thumbs) , I might have to get those after my window tint.
