Sync Bluetooth Contacts

Has anyone figured out a work around to sync iPhone contacts with the in-car Bluetooth phone system? I'd like to do a bulk upload if I can....

If there's no work around using the iPhone as the hardware for the contacts, is it possible to sync it using a laptop with Bluetooth?

I think only certain phones can, I've got an iPhone and couldn't find an option to send contacts via BT.

Ahh... I finally figured out why we can't sync our contacts or use the steering wheel controls with the iPhone... the iPhone currently does not support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile). I hope it's included in the iPhone OS 4.0 update in June!

What about Blackberry's? I read the vehicle owners manual, and it seems as though you have to sync your contacts one by one. I would have thought the voice recognition would happen on the phone, not on the vehicles system.
