Switching stock MSP block to fs Ford Probe or 626 block?

This is a question for people who have swapped blocks from Probes and 626s did you guys still run the stock oil cooler that comes on the Protege? Also, if you did how did you remove both of the threaded pins that hold the cooler and the oil filter on? I'm swapping to a 626 na block due to 2 spun rod bearings and cracked crank. Thanks in advance for all of the help.

Watch out for older blocks they don't have forged cranks only the 01-03s did. You need two nuts to make a jamb nut to remove the stud and cooler

I've used 626 blocks in my last two builds, with the MSP oil cooler. Hornsfan is right about the years and the blocks, and the cooler.
