Swap ECU's?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone is intrested in swaping a MP3 ECU for my Protege5 ECU? I'm also curious as to how difficult it will be to do the swap... Anyone with any info, experiance, or intested with this please let me know, thanks

we did one at the meet yesterday!!!
it took 5 minutes

but if your going forced induction or nitrous in the future i wouldnt get it man unless you are going to get a module later to adjust ignition control.

Damnit! it really took 5 mintues?? I was going to go with F/I but insted i'm just going to keep it N/A because i need a reliable car to use when I move out to IL to goto school; and i really need to save my money right now so I can't afford nitrous or turbo. I plan on keeping the P5 and doing basic upgrades IE intake, exhaust, ECU swap, just keep it as a nice daily driver, then when i'm out of school I want to get an LS1 Camaro and go all out

UTI, in glendale heights, its a mechanic school, it should be pritty cool, you can use the lifts on saturday, and they have a Dyno so I can dyno all the work I can do during school, can't wait!

Edit: Plus i get dealer prices on all parts.

I was one of the swappers at the Hooters meet. The hardest part was getting those F'n side panels back on. Other than that..it was a piece of cake.
Was well worth it!!

I would have to say...YES...it did. Last night, i was not able to test the difference between before and after..but today on the way home from work, i felt a major difference. I can only assume it was the filter that gave her that extra zoom!!
