Swap an auto motor into manual car?

So the car has overheated and I am 99% sure it is head gasket. I have found a low mileage engine from an automatic car.

Will this drop in to my manual car? I am fairly sure since the engines were the exact same, I just wanted to double chexk tjat the engine itself isn't different internally than the manual versions.

yes, they are the same. There is a minor difference with 1 Bolt that bolts the engine to the transmission, but it is not a big issue and can be left out.
