Suspensions issues...

I just paid a mechanic to tell me my end links where the cause of the noise, o well!
When I drive over speed bumps I hear a creak coming from the front. I am guessing my struts are bad, but how do I tell how they are?
Bought the car a year ago it has 90k on it.

struts are usually goor for anywhere from 60k to 100k....if you drive hard less....so i changed mine around 90k and all were gone
