Sunroof question

Would anyone know how to fix a sunshade that does not get dragged back when the sunroof is opened? It seems to start back but then something is not lined up right I think. I had inadvertantly pulled the sun shade closed while the sunroof was opened, which must have misaligned whatever usually catches when opening the sunroof.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i say let the dealer check it out.. shouldnt be to much of a problem for them to fix. last thing you want to do is make it worse than what it already is.

The handle on the sunroof shade has a hump on the top.

When the sunroof is opened sliding back it uses the hump to move the shade back.

Check if you handle has been pushed down or if your shade is sagging down or bowed.
