Sunday morning Cruise in Connecticut-March 9th

There is still a lot of (un-sanded) ice out there this morning.. Probably because a lot of areas got flooded over the weekend.

Glad to hear you are ok Jeffrey. Great looking out for others too. Long ago I did the same thing except it was night time and I was coming to a stop sign where the road ended and there was a hill in front of me that the car slid up on bending the A-frame.

...and B is sick? My family an I just got over the flu. It's hitting hard this season. 102.5 degree temps really sucked. Hope he feels better soon.

Had any incidents in the last 3 to 5 yrs? Some carriers have an accident forgiveness for the first at fault accident. Check your policy. It should spell out any accident surcharges, usually in the back of the policy.

thanks Josh. how did the insurance handle your claim? were the police involved?

it's definitely flu season - half my dance company was sick with 102 degree fevers a few weeks ago...

State Farm doesn't have first accident forgiveness unfortunately. I slid out on the road on wet pavement in Oct 2003...of course that's within the 5 year timeframe. I'm gonna get pwned by insurance premiums this year...

confirmed, it's the flu. I was so sick yesterday, thought it was over, but oooh no, today was worse. I'm going to have to go to work tomorrow and hope they send me home.
