Forgive me master posters if i am just babbling a thread that has been posted before, but i was curious if anyone could give me any ideas to a real simple modification that I, a complete amateur, could use. For instance, something i could buy at a hardware store, slightly modify, and put it on my car. I probably sound like a complete moron, but any cool ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I have read that some people use pvc pipe from Home Depot to make a cold air intake. But really man, do you want your car to look home made? My advice, spend the extra cash and get something that looks good and is functional at the same time. Being different is one thing, but don't make it look cheap.

For a visual mod, you can get a can of engine paint or heat-resistant paint and paint your calipers. It's easy to do and a can of paint is only a few bucks.
