Subscriptions disappearing (still)

I know there was a thread about this a while back, but I can't find it. My subscriptions have been disappearing for the last few months and I am not being notified of new posts in said threads.

Trying to narrow down the issue here...Did you make any changes to your subscription and or email settings? Is this happening to all your subscribed threads or only some? Have you checked your spam folder to see if thread notices are being mistaken for spam?
