Yeah, to get true subbass frequencies and air movement out of a TL, you need a really long line and a large port area. This is why I don't really consider the bass speaker under the seat as a subwoofer. There were bass lines that were absolutely absent on the Bose system. I guess I just got spoiled by my AP 10. Tight and low bass.
I remember the TL that was in the back of the RX-7 back in the day. I thought it was a cool concept. Kind of a waste of space, now that I know better.
