Just broke the brackets on my replaced SU Intercooler. Also the boost tubes front and rear and bad, and coming loose. I was loosing boost the whole time. Im returning it ASAP. Im sick of fixiing it.

Man sucks dude. I don't understand everyone having trouble with the brackets. Mine are fine and aren't all the IC's made the same way . . .

I want my money back, I'm sick and tired of messing with the problems caused by that TMIC.

I have to tell you Circle reading about your problems and the stuff everyone has dealt with has helped me decide which TMIC I want. I hope it all works out for you.

I don't know if I want to try an ETS IC or go front mount. I want to retain a sleeper look and the ability to swap it out for dealership visits.

Just another FYI...supposedly DCR is working on a TMIC, and TRZ's TMIC is supposed to be available "any day*".

*=As with most aftermarket companies, any day can be a week to a year.

So to get the ets 3.5 I would need an aftermarket rear motor mount? Sorry for not looking this up, the computer is really slow and would take forever to find the information. Thanks

It would be wise to get one. The IC will hit hard on the cowl during bad wheelspin and wheelhop type of situations. Thats why I am getting the ETS 3.25.

I do know of some that had the brackets break on the ETS TMIC. That is one of the reasons I decided to just wait for the new SU TMIC with reinforced brackets and an improved rear outlet.

sorry to hear that. i really wanted to upgrade my tmic.

anyone hear if trz will have theirs out soon? too bad denso (they make our stocker) doesn't make a bigger version for us.

I ordered the cobb FMIC and hope to have it in a couple of weeks. FM FTW
