Struts and Lowering

My car has been lowered with the Tein S. Tech springs for a couple months and the front struts are feeling like they are on there last legs. I hear a scraping sound coming fron the wheel wells when I turn the wheel to far in either direction. My friend said it was the ball joints but is this sagging due to blown struts? It has gotten progressivly worse.

I went to Corksport.com and saw the E spec struts for $68 (each) and the KYBs for $100, and the MazdaSpeed Struts for $178 each.
I don't want to get something that I will have to replace in another couple months but I can't afford some $400 for struts. Would it be ok to fix the front ones now and then upgrade the rears when I get my swaybar? I know its not good to have to different struts but I imagine that it is beter to have diff struts that aren't blown out. Either way one set is less worn then the other.

But were can I buy them at? I have loooked at all the websites I order from.

want a cheap and perfect alternative?

get the original ones revalved....that way you can get them perfectly matched to the tein springs.

Where exactly do you get that done? Do the larger shock distributors do that sort of thing? Or do you need a specialty company?

Most shops that do struts can revalve.

How much is it too revalve them about? If the srturt is blown can they still do that? I don't want to fix something if it is not going to perform at 100%.

If it's the valve that's blown (90% of all failures) then they can do it. Just call for prices, man, they'll vary by location. As for 100%, I dont know. If the cylinders are otherwise in good condition, then revalving takes them right back up, although I'm sure not to what they were new. It's still cheaper than going new, though, if cash is an issue.
Here's tokico's website:
http://www.tokicogasshocks.com/

And you can get them from a LOT of different retailers. Just type "tokico shocks" into google.com and you'll find twenty retailers.
