Strut Mounts rotting out, need repair info!

Do any of the "Body Shop" Guys and Girls know if it cost effective to have new steel welded in at the top of each Strut Mount. The Cold Ohio Nights are taking its toll and I wouldn't mind fixing it up if possible. Save the Blazin' MSP!!!

Looks like my car will be a nice donor for somebody's old MSP. Tranny is completely rebuilt with a welded LSD and a Stg 2 Exedy Clutch. Burns less than 1 qt between oil changes! Seats and Steering wheel are almost perfect for 150k miles too! No engine mods and never been raced. 90 days, get ready for it!
