Does PG or other mazda aftermarket companies insure their packages? Im pretty sure pg doesn't. Other than paying 10% more and buying directly from cobb / cpe / etc . . . what else is there?

Everything we ship out the door is fully insured to avoid adventures like the OP has had.

^ and that is how all companies should ship all items to avoid situations such as this, its easier for the company in the end, chargeback fees(what happenes when you dispute a charge) are much higher than that insurance costs.

^^True true, especially if you want to continue to be able to use Visa and MasterCard's, etc. as payment from your customers.
