well, another interesting aspect I have thought up with this law...whats to saw the cops don't abuse this power...say they see a souped up car rolling at 10-20 over the speed limit, and their is another souped up car in close proximiaty going approximately the smae speed...just speeding, not racing...whats to say thier cars don't get taken away...say soome **** in a souped up hinda pulls up next to a guy in a stang, and starts revving on him(at a light), and the stang revs back to make the point of my engine = 2 of yours? but only the honda takes off in race mode, the cops yank them both, they both lose cars...overall, this law is a little absurd..and it should be a step program ie #1=lose liscence for long time, and pay to have have any future cars your name is insured on have chip installed to either modulat speed, or report and aggressive driving, then #2 take car...don't just take their car right away man. Be somewhat reasonable, everyone makes mistakes man, and I agree that all young people(such as myself) should be required to do driver training(atleast), it has tought me a very large amount on being aware of surroundings, and being able to control vehicle, and how to drive smart and such..and I've noticed I use this information...and even though I always thought I'd be an amazing driver cause I played video games, I realized, the second I got behind the wheel "wow, this is alot different..if I crash here, there is no reset man" and I drive fairly cautiously...will I race somebody from a red...hell yes, but I never go over speed limit by an insane amount(ie, 20kmh max), will I slow down on a highway to below the speed limit, and take it up to 160kmh, ******* right..but while I'm doing that, I have moms in their minivans going 180kmh past me, so umm, maybe becuase I'm racing I'm classified as dangerous, but I'm pretty sure my MSP can handle some hard acceleration and 160kmh better than an old sh*tbox mini van can handle the smame..and don't say, oh but your racing, and driving recklessly, cause matter of fact, I only race if road is clear ahead of me, some people in their vans, and pickups, and SUV's will dart in and out of traffic, going double what I'm doing...yes, some street racers are dangerous drivers...but they are looked at much more harshly due to the fact that they are labeled a street racer, while if the same guy was driving a van or SUV, he'd just get a speeding ticket...so I really think this law needs to be re-evaluated...or atleast not make it immediately car gone.....a little extreme
