strange grind

In the past couple of days I have noticed a consistent low grinding tone that is coming from my front left wheel.

When I roll down the window it actually becomes less apparent. You can hear it very well in the cabin with the windows rolled up. Ruled out tranny b/c it continues if I put it in neutral and coast. I'm leaning towards a bearing. Anyone have similar issue? easy fix?

yep, I was pretty sure that it was a wheel bearing, just wanted a second opinion. any bearing brand you recommend?

Hey scaredofsully, what part of Louisville are you in? what color MSP?

OE bearings are 40-100, and I just used the cheap 33 dollar bearing from advance auto parts. I know timken or temkin something like that is similar in quality to the oe and even supplies manufacturers.

Oh I remember that sound, it also got less apparent when I opened my window in my old 626 before I changed the bearing, nothing strange about that.
