stock speakers on 2003.5

mine is a barebone P5 and it has that 100W sub in the trunk.
The speakers are the same no matter the option package unless you opt for the crappy Kenwoods the dealers can drop in. Also the dealer can ad the sub aswell. Niether should be effected by any options as they are dealer options not factory packages.
It twould help if you mentioned which car you were talking about aswell.

AFAIK the 7 speakers system(includes a sub) is standard on all late 2003 P5 model. that's what the dealer told me anyways.
the sub is an option only on early 2003 models or before. that's why the late 2003 models also have a slightly higher MSRP.

and not all people like to rattle the windows of cars sitting next to them like I do
but I dont even think that would be enough to make a decient full range audio system
I would think a 8inch bass tube at 100 watts would be enough for most people, and they could get alittle bump with that too if they wanted
but thats not nearly enough for me, in my next car I would like to do 2 ten inch W7's running 1000watts RMS, but that would be heavy as all hell, so maby just one, that would still be enough to piss off old people

ARgh, god damn it, all the time I thought it has a big sized speaker underneath that cover. why would Mazda install such a product and charge us more money?... okay I did a little research, this is the best google site I've found, it's the exactly model sitting in my trunk.
