Stock MS 6 SCCA Autocross Champ Material

Just an update. A stock MS6 on worn down original tires can kick azz.....My grandson entered the SCCA last event of the season so he would qualify for the end of the season Solo Index Team Challenge event. The team he got assigned to thought they were probably screwed, with a 16 yr old in his second event in a Madzaspeed6 (whattheheckizthat) on street tires. The track announcer called him the Mystery Driver most of the day. His raw times kept coming down and he was running clean: he was faster on street tires than some of the WRX'x on race rubber. Our team are the ST LOUIS 2007 SCCA Solo Index Team Champions. His best index time was 40.410 with the absolute hot dogs only breaking into the very high thirthys.

(cool) we have a few guys locally that autox the speed and love it. i would, but i'm too cheap and never get around to it.

Been to one auto-x with the MS6, shown is just the class grouping I ended up in.
Faster cars in lower places is due to PAX multiplier (sorta like a golf handicap)
Fast Time of Day was 39.6xx, a Lotus Exige on race tires.
MS6 ran faster than some pretty nice cars. (drive2)
