Stock Exhaust- What can I take off?

Hey guys new to the forum and just got a 2006 Mazda3 hatch, 5 speed, Eibach sportlines, CAI. Im Lovin it!

Anyway I want to do some small mod's, just need to be mindful of how much I am spending right now. It has an OBX Racing Sports muffler out the back looks great, but not getting any rumble at all.

I am wanting to find a diagram of the stock exhaust to see how many resonators there are or if there is another muffler under there, that I could take off and weld a straight pipe in replacement, for less restriction and some more sound.

Has anybody done this and knows if it sets off any CEL's or if it will sound like crap.

Take a look at the Walker Exhaust web sight. They only do factory replacement exhaust and will show only what is there from the factory on the exhaust system. I was on there quite a while back and it shows 1 res and 1 muffler IIRC.
