Stiff 3rd motor mount!!!

Is this the mount that you are talking about?

If I was looking at the front of the car is it more left of the pic I took?

cant tell by the pic, but you cant miss it. It is right next to the belt as "the man" stated.

that's the front mount. #3 is by the belt on the cars passengers side

nope just pop the hood. right to the left of the vavle cover. th one under the car is the front mount.

LOL, that was a little confusing.
Ok, here is a pic (not mine, big ben's). The circle is on the #3 mount, the passenger side one-has a blue dot on it. The arrow pointing down points to around the area where, if you look down, you'll find the front mount.

i have the 1 and 2 mounts from awr, and i got teh 3 and 4 moutns replaced with stock bad ones... does anyone have a picture of the mazdaspeed mounts, do they look different?

Alright, here's what I've got. . .
On the left the "Mazdaspeed" #3 (with blue dot)
On the right the stock #3 from my MP3.

The Mp3 is "stretched" a bit, but they are identical down to the code molded into both sides of the insert "B26K". There is no difference that I can see or "measure". I sincerely hope I'm missing something because I'm out $140+.

I just ordered mine three weeks ago and my local dealership got the part in a week later, so I don't know about the "national" backorder. Unless I caused it?

i think what beavis is getting at is that they are identical parts.. what difference are you expecting him to feel?

sorry to hear the $140 almost seems wasted.. unless you want to fill one of them to harden it up and see what happens.. maybe it'll stiffen enough to make a noticeable difference..

the stock one DOES have the same number stamped on it... that's deceiving... I played with the stock mount before and its all wobbly.. the new one doesn't do that... trust me they feel different
