I am new to this forum but am hoping someone could give me some ideas of how to troubleshoot the issue I am having.
About the vehicle:
2013 cx-5 sport
58k miles
Fwd/ manual transmission
Issue:
When I have my iPhone 5s plugged into the usb and listening to pandora, my stereo will randomly read check iPod and disconnect (switching back to the radio). It does not have this problem all the time and seems to be very inconsistent- does not always happen on commercials/songs, immediately/after a few minutes of play, etc. I have tried three different usb cords and they all have the same result.
Any ideas of what could be causing this?
