1) Name is Matthew, and i'm not french, and don't speak it. just a nickname given to me a while ago.
2) read my previous postabout what i said. the main thing is to never give up. the way the corporates win all the time is that the everyday Joe gives up after being told no. if they say no, call them more often, send letters, and allways ask for the manager. the rep who answers te phone can't help you. so politley ask for either the MOD or ask to be contacted by a supervisor. if the first guy can't help you, don't call him agian, call another time and ask for the MOD etc. andso the process goes. with Mazda it was pretty short. but it can drag on and on. i just got my exchange for a bad computer from Dell after working on it since Febuary. patience is a virtue!
3) again, the guy's name is Jerry Sanchez. give him a call and tell him your situation. whoever has the petition should send it to him. I hav an adress for Mazda Corporate that i will post once i find.
