This just sort of popped into my head today. Since Mazda doesn't seem to be willing to help us out with our Z919 complaints, why don't we try this:
Go to the dealership and tell the service department that our CD players are skipping really bad. We could even scratch up a few of our old CD's incase they want proof. Since they are still under warranty, Mazda should replace them with the Z828 Model, since the Z919 is discontinued. I think it's worth a try.
