Steering wheel with quick release?????

Does any know how to install a quick release hub and steering wheel on a p5 with the horn working ans srs off? thanks guys

Well, I got my quick release on using a sparco wheel + nrg quick release miata hub. But I never tried messing with the Clockspring to get the horn to work.

crazy that seems to be the ongoing thing but i would really like to keep my horn
