"Starving for peace"

7 missles...maybe they could starve in solidarity with the North Korean people who's government is fat while they eat grass and acorns!

Edit : the one they threatened us with didn't even work...so much for that.

hey anybody here about N.Korea test firing 6 missles

Yea, I read that. I also read that the US and Japan and S Korea are pulling to do major sanctions (?) against them as soon as by weekend. But like the guy said, it didnt work, Not that it still isnt a problem, now they have a little more info to go on. But the thing is that N Korea would never try to hit us. If they did they would kill themselves. The US would hit them along with Japan. We would get maybe 1 hit around the Cali side but hey that state is falling off anyways, but they would be destroyed! There would be no N Korea left. So no they wont get them and if the did they would never use them.

IMO they are being more 'American' than you are, by peacefully protesting against something they do not believe in. They are exercising their rights as United States citizens.

That's a smart comment.

Isn't he doing the same thing they are? Voicing his opinion! The only difference is you don't like what he said.

No he's just being a dick. Why do you think he's on many people's ignore lists, it's just what he gets a kick from. I mean he is from Mississipi after all. Did they put highschools there yet, or is middle school as far as you can go, still?

No, it's far from the same thing. And it's not that I don't like what he said, it's how he suggested saying it.

I highly disregard this comment. I believe any soldier has the right to his or her opinion on any task at hand. I'm not saying that they shouldn't fight or that they should be insubordinate, but they do have a right to take pride in their work and want the best for themselves and country. My father is an O5 and has been in for 27 years. He is one of the most conservative asses I know... voted for Bush over Gore, yet doesn't fully believe in this war. I have other family in the service and I'd be right there with them if my ankles weren't ******. Sucks.
Got off topic.... Seriously though, soldiers have to care about what is being asked of them. You're almost asking them to be mindless robots. Think about what you're saying. Also, joining the service is a little more than a "job." It is a big commitment and responsibility. It plays a more important role in your life than say... a "job" at Mcdonald's.

I'm not trying to hate, just seriously consider what you're really saying.

Nicely put. I agree with you 100% on this.

No one has to consider what they are saying. This is one of the main problems with this country. Too contradictive. You can say what you want, but you gotta watch what you say...doesn't add up. Lack of discipline. It's bad enough the president is made a mockery of at least 100 times a day on tv shows. This reply obviously doesn't have much to do with the topic. However, I can say whatever I want. Some will agree, some won't, but I got the opportunity to say it. I don't exactly feel any different or much better. What did I acheive by getting to say it? Nothing really. So, here's something everyone can agree with: whether you agree about the war and its purpose or not, whether you like the president or not, whether you think wendys is better than mcdonalds, let's just hope that whoever is out there representing the US can come back safely, now, soon, eventually. Arguing about this is just as good as jerking off with a handful of razor blades.

my oh my the game of polictics....no one will ever win.....no matter what anyone says this guy is not gonna change his view nor is any else going to, cant blame them. Thats what makes us Americans, which makes that lady protesting her views American. Who gives a s*** if you agree w/ it or not...its the game of facts, and right now were losing b/c facts are not being brought foward at all...

It's cool. You're one of those kids who got neglected as a child and now you seek attention from others by being mr opposite. Good luck with that. If you were female, you'd be at a corner sucking dick for 2 bucks. Best of luck with life.
As opposed to you, who is a male sucking dick for two bucks. Good luck with the permanent sore throat.

Sorry kid, I just work here. But where I went to school, we had "high schools", not "highschools". I also learned how to spell "Mississippi", and learned proper punctuation usage and grammar.

How is your foot tasting right now? Is it better than the last dick you sucked?

What a dipshit....

I think you get you dads opinions mixed up. No body wants to go to war, well mabe the crazy ones. But other than that you have no say what so ever in you life any more. You may want to think you do but you don't. And if your dad is an O5 then you should know that. And don't sit there and tell me what it's like. I'm a 12brovo that put 9 yrs in. I know what it means to serve and what it takes. The only thing I hold higher is my son which is why I'm out. Being a single father don't work in the army.

And you are right. A solder is a mindless robot. If he is told to jump he has to jump. If he is told to kill he has to kill or spend a very long time in jail for not doing it. I'll say this, any one that can't not kill some one (innocent or not) should not join the military because one day you will have to. There are quite a few that join to pay for school, lol that's the wrong reason and they are the ones that b**** about being over there.

Sorry if I'm not a nerd who just tries to argue with everyone on the internet. What a winner in life you turned out to be. Wonder what you are so insecure about, or what you are trying to compensate for. Ah actually I don't give a s***. I also find it funny that you got offended that the 'god hates fags' lady that went to soldier funerals was referred to as a christian. I think it's time to get the hamster runnin the wheel in your head a physical.

Oh and if i really gave a s*** about how my grammar and spelling appeared on a car forum, I'd make sure it came out right, considering I've had 2 short stories published in the new yorker.

Have you walked on the moon, too?

No I only try to accomplish feasible things given the opportunity. It's cool how most of your posts just have bashing and name calling in them, as you have nothing significant to contribute, and feel cornered, defenseless, and helpless. Clear sign of insecurity, lack of confidence, and compensation for something. I feel bad for you man. Didn't mommy teach you that this isn't the way to make nice with people? Or did mommy shoot daddy and run off with the trailer leaving you with uncle cletus and auntie one-tooth?

And please try another insult other than 'dipshit'. At least be somewhat creative about your lack of creativity.

Holy crap it's another political flame war. Didn't we just do this not too long ago. I"m gunna do my best not be embroiled into one of these again. But I will say this. Cindy Sheehan is a media ***** (as opposed to an actual *****) who did lose her son and does deserve our sympathy. But where I lose all sympathy for her is when she uses the memory of her dead son who VOLUNTEERED his service for the country he loved to further her own political agenda. And I"m supposed to respect her! no way. Liberals always try to pluck at the heart strings but if you think that they would continue their pansy "hunger strike" if the U.S military left Iraq and the the insurgents kept killing Americans then you are deluded. Also this is the most pathetic excuse for a hunger strike I've ever seen. Skipping a couple of meals and "passing it on?" I skip a few meals every day! Liberals always try to pick people who they believe are beyond reproach: Sheehan lost her son so you can't talk about her, Murtha served in Nam so you can't talk bab about him. I call BS. The Libs talk a big game but they can't back it up.

Prime Example: Darryl Hannah camped in a tree to try and keep the authorities from kicking illegal immigrants off the land of a man who owned it legitimatly so they could continue farming. The man had been kind enough to let them his land but now he needed them to purchase it from him or move on because he was trying to sell it.

If darryl hannah cared so much, why didn't she get some of her Liberal hollywood pals to donate some cash (which I'm sure they have plenty off) and purchase the land for these people. They asked her and she said that was not an option at this time. Typical Liberal. Just trying to look good for the camera.

I have respect for the armed forces. I respect that they fight and die for my freedom to waste time in pointless message board fights. They are better men and women than I am. I like that we can have these debates but I can see that people are just not going to agree with me all the time and neither I with them. And I can live with that.

Oh and about kim jong ill and his taepodong missles I just have one thing two say:

Is Kims Dong Ill? It can't seem to stay up for more than 45 seconds?

Da-Dum-Dum-ching!

Oh one last thing. I consider myself a conservative. I'm not a liberal thats for sure and if the Conservative party does not do a better job on controlling govt. Spending and doing something about immigration reform, I might go independent. I believe in the "best man for the job" philosophy. I can admit that the Bush Administration has made mistakes. I'm also dang sure that I'd much rather have this administration running the country now than that spineless flip-flopping jellyfish John Kerry (thats my opinion! I flamed Kerry so no one take that personal).

I also think that and self-respecting Liberal who thinks that the Clinton Administration is not at least partially responsible for the mess we are in now with Iraq/N.Korea/Iran is just not being intellectually honest. Thats just the truth. If you can own up to that then theres hope for you yet.
