Stand alone engine mangmnt. question

Im currently in the process of putting a 91 1.6 miata engine into my b2200,I dont want too use the stock wiring harness and ecm out of the miata.I am planning on a jackson racing supercharger this summer.I was wondering which standalone would you guys reccomend.im pretty fimilar with microtech and haltech, but i want to know what you guys think is good for this application.

Megasquirt without a doubt. Inexpensive, reliable, and a huge support base. I'm pushing 20k miles on mine in my Miata.
