The MSP is less of a raw performance car than the neon. The neon can be made to go fast 1/4, and handle well pretty easily.
The MSP shines out, in convience features, like power windows, and the nicer sound system, and it looks nicer..although I think a SRT-4 in black looks decent. (which is why I chose the spec v over the MSP more convience features)
The neon is no doubt faster, and it's easier to make cars handle better than go faster straight line.
I agree though the Neon interior isn't that cheap, it's better than the original neons, and the seats looks sweet.
Still...it's a hell of a car for sub 20K...performance wise...the MSP doesn't touch it, tuning potential...alot of cars don't touch it.
That Beefy engine was designed to take boost.
