Srt Spanked...

If someone really needs to know if its available then all you need is the part number that the computers at dodge will recognize it ass then call a supporting dealer. As long as they type it in right your set.

Thanks for clarifying the obvious. I just was letting z00mer know that Stage 2 is not out yet. Sometimes it's just easier to get online and check with people who are reputable online, rather than sit on a telephone with someone who has no clue what the hell you're talking about...and you spend more time on hold than talking to the parts deparment.

Well then....I guess i`ve got my self a mastersergeant that`s just plain full of s***!!!

QwikSRT, thanks for the verification on the stage 2. If there`s one thing I hate its someone that`s full of dookie when it comes to people`s rides. :p

Well I know how those MSgt's are...I'm in the Air Force...lol.

As for people that don't know what the hell they're talking about, you're right. He's probably just regurgitating magazine hoopla to make himself look knowledgeable. When half the time the magazines put out information that's several months behind. I don't claim to know everything about my car, so I research it from the best source out there: forums made specifically for my car.

then qwik u'd also know that forums are full of bulls*** just like dealers and ppl that think they know alot about the "specialty cars" as you call it.

once in a blue moon u'll get someone intellegent that knows what there talking about but half the time its all hearsay and rumors.

about the only valid info on the forum are from vendors and problems are generally found quicker this way.

Yes, I do know that there are many rumors and people that pull s*** out there asses. But there are many reps from companies that put out and test parts and have a leg up on the rest of us. The best source of info is from http://www.modernperformance.com, and they usually have all the info about prototypes and certain parts they're producing way before the dealerships have a clue what the hell you're talking about.

If you had any idea how friggin' clueless the Dodge dealerships are about the SRT-4, you would know the internet and especially internet forums specific to your car will always know more than a dealership will on a specialty car.

I knew more about the SRT-4 way before the Dodge dealerships here in town even knew what the hell an SRT-4 was. So I don't ask for any information from the dealer anymore. All my info comes from sources online.

Theres 4 Dodge dealers near my home and they all are sitting on SRT-4s. You go in to chat about and they have no clue. 1 dealer the closed to home also sells Lincoln/Mercury and Toyota and they seem to not care if you buy a car from them. They are not use to younger people looking at cars so they don't try to deal with them or do they want too. Thats sad because in the future their buyers will be gone and so will they. This dealer cant even sell Toyota Celicas.

Who would want a new celica anyways? They`re over priced and under powered.:p

Most cars are overpriced!!! I looked at a Celica GTS before I bought my Sentra SE-R. The Celica is a girls car. Thats all you see driving Celicas around here. I looked at a Celica and a Cougar at same dealer that has poor product knowledge and young people skills. They dicked me around and I got pissy and went the Nissan dealer down the road walked out there in 2 hours with my SE-R. No wonder Honda, Mazda, and Nissan dealers are so busy.

What Toyota needs to do is get off their butts and give Celica back the power it had when it was an All-Trac Turbo. I used to own a 93 All-Trac, and modded the living crap out of that thing w/ HKS, Toysport,TRD, and Stillen parts. I had it boosted @20psi. and doing 579 horses w/ 610lbs. of torque!! That thing was a little beast!!

But, after a couple of years and high milage, I wanted something newer. So....I picked up my MSP. Sure it has it`s problems....but then again what car does`nt?

A new Celica GTS with AWD and maybe 276hp would be nice. I agree with you about Toyota needing to get off their rearends. They don't have a car to compete with the likes of the MSP, SRT-4, or SE-R in their lineup. The Corolla S is all show and no go.

I wouldn't even give the carola a compliment of show. Its just bland all the way around. I am seriously starting to think toyota is run by a bunch of 90 year olds that sit around and complain about young people. Damn company is probably run form a nursing home.
