Squeak??? Front Driver's Side Please help!

Many thanks Brian. I think you've solved the problem for me. I just pushed the anchor point of the driver's seat belt up and down a bit with my hand and its stopped. Wow, fantastic you're a genius.
I hope your advice is of help to someone else with the same problem.

I also own a squeeky 3. There are a few sources. The seat belt that was previously mentioned and the windsheild cowell are two. Also, if you wash the underbody of your car frequently, your bushings may be dried out from the chemicals in the wash. This caused mine to leak, a little spray lube and the problem is gone. Additionally, and also a bushing issue, if the temp drops below 5 degrees farenheit you will hear a crunching noise from the strut tower bushings as well. This is due to the composition of the material, nothing bad will happen, it just sounds like sh*t.

I finally found the sqeek! It is the liner in side my roof that came loose! Mazada fixed it for me for free! ^__^

I think I have the same interior squeak. It is damn cold here in MI right now with tons of snow. Anyway, when I go over bumps and such through town, I hear a squeaking noise that reminds me of styrofoam on styrofoam. It's like the sound I would hear when I used to use a cheap styrofoam cooler for my beer.

I had a very similar squeak that I found to be coming from my tail lights, my reverse light in the hatch was too close to the brake light and they were rubbing when i went over bumps.

I also have the seat squeaks and the windshield clanks. Man, that sentence makes my 08 Speed3 sound like a decade-old car. Anyway, I'll try the seatbelt adapter jiggle. Did anyone mention a fix for the windshield noises in this thread though?

i have a squeek and it is not from inside the car. i can ony hear it when the windows are down and i hit bumps. it sounds almost like loose change rattling. i took it in to mazda and they gave me the old "we couldnt duplicate the problem". of coarse i still hear it. it may just be from my mods. maybe the cai or something in the exhaust. i really think it is in the suspension somewhere though.

I thin kI have that same clank. Only here when I hit slight bumps. Sometimes I think its the CAI clanking against something...??? Then I think its the suspension.

Well i finally found where the sound is coming from. taking it to meineke... i know someone that works there. The only thing is that it might be the noise just from shuting down , and not the one going over sharp bumps. I dont know what it is but its under the car right before the motor in the middle its something that hangs and its being hold by two rubber things. i was underneath when someone shut the engine off and i saw the thing move and creat the effing noice. Please people get on bored and figure this out

Well the noise ended up being the Flange right before the 2nd Catalytic Converter. Im going to the dealer to get it fixed or w/e they can do. I only know that's the high pitch chirp noise when i shut off the engine. Now the other high pitch chirp when i go over sharp bumps i have no clue what it is. Im hoping its the same problem. This sucks its a new car...
